Na\u0161u uslugu podupiru mnogi sati iskustva i stotine popravljenih motora koji ponovno rade kao novi. Ponosan sam \u0161to svoje usluge i inovacije mogu ponuditi u Sloveniji. Umjesto samo mijenjanja remena i klasi\u010dne brtve, posve\u0107ujem se temeljitom rastavljanju motora dio po dio. Cilj je analizirati i procijeniti stanje te zamijeniti ili sprije\u010diti eventualno prijevremeno tro\u0161enje. Iskustvo me \u010dini svjesnim koji su dijelovi osjetljivi i obi\u010dno podlo\u017eni ve\u0107em habanju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>VA\u017dNO:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Radove popravka shva\u0107amo vrlo ozbiljno, gotovo kao da se radi o vlastitom biciklu, sa suosje\u0107anjem prema kupcu. Zato ne mijenjamo samo dijelove, mi temeljito \u010distimo i podmazujemo svaki pojedini dio svakog motora. Motori nisu potpuno hermeti\u010dki zatvoreni kao \u0161to se \u010desto vjeruje, ve\u0107 su dizajnirani da dopuste ulazak malih koli\u010dina vode i blata \u2013 to se ne mo\u017ee promijeniti. No, mo\u017eemo predvidjeti i provesti preventivno podmazivanje le\u017eajeva koji su u kontaktu s vanjskim dijelom motora. Vanjske otvore privremeno zabrtvimo odgovaraju\u0107im mazivima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Rezervni dijelovi koje koristimo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Usporedbe su nepotrebne, ali \u017eao mi je \u0161to moram re\u0107i da su zamjenski dijelovi koje koristim puno bolje kvalitete od originala. Okretanje pedala pri vi\u0161oj kadenci (o\/min) definitivno je bolje i u\u010dinkovitije za motor. O\u0161te\u0107enje mo\u017ee biti uzrokovano udarcima pedale i sudarima, ali to je sve! Motori su op\u0107enito vrlo otporni ako ih dobro odr\u017eavate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kada trebam servisirati motor? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina motora za e-bicikle ne zahtijeva servisiranje i izdr\u017eat \u0107e tisu\u0107e kilometara kada su suhi. Motori Yamaha i Impulse su iznimka od ovog pravila, jer imaju posebnu mast koja se tro\u0161i ili su\u0161i, \u0161to mo\u017ee uzrokovati prekomjerno trenje i tro\u0161enje. Yamaha i Impulse ne daju preporu\u010denu kilometra\u017eu za to, ali prema na\u0161em iskustvu mi bismo servisirali Yamahu koja se koristi izvan ceste svakih 2500 do 3500 kilometara, a ako se koristi na cesti, 5000 do 6500 kilometara.
