Iz vlastitog iskustva i velikog broja Bosch Gen 4 motora obra\u0111enih u radionici eBike Motor Centera, primijetili smo neke probleme, posebice pri kori\u0161tenju motora izvan ceste. Iako Bosch poku\u0161ava rije\u0161iti te probleme, na\u017ealost ne poma\u017ee onima koji su ve\u0107 iza\u0161li iz jamstva. Time se sprje\u010dava oscilacija osovine i pobolj\u0161ava brtvljenje. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedna usna brtva vratila ugra\u0111ena je iza bron\u010dane \u010dahure, \u010diji je otvor okrenut prema van kako bi se sprije\u010dio ulazak vode u podru\u010dje zup\u010danika i torzijske cijevi. To sprje\u010dava hr\u0111anje povr\u0161ine osovine, prerano tro\u0161enje \u010dahura le\u017eaja osovine i unutarnje o\u0161te\u0107enje tiskane plo\u010de (PCB) i drugih komponenti. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le\u017eaj na lijevoj strani vratila zamijenjen je dvostruko zabrtvljenim le\u017eajem kako bi se sprije\u010dio ulazak ili prolazak vode kroz le\u017eaj.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vodootporna, dugotrajna mast nanesena je izme\u0111u vanjskih le\u017eajeva i poklopaca motora. To sprje\u010dava stagnaciju vode u tim podru\u010djima i prodiranje u vanjske le\u017eajeve. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tako\u0111er uklanjamo tiskanu plo\u010du (PCB) i nanosimo silikonski premaz na brtvu sklopa uti\u010dnice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Silikonska brtva je tako\u0111er dodana aluminijskoj brtvi poklopca motora. Ako je le\u017eaj o\u0161te\u0107en vodom ili prljav\u0161tinom, bit \u0107e trajno o\u0161te\u0107en i nikakva koli\u010dina masti ne\u0107e pomo\u0107i. Samo \u0107ete uti\u0161ati neizbje\u017enu \u0161tetu.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Za\u0161to su le\u017eajevi ebikea tako lo\u0161i?<\/strong><br \/>\nLe\u017eajevi za ebike \u010desto su visokokvalitetni, predimenzionirani le\u017eajevi. Puno ve\u0107i i ja\u010di nego \u0161to bi trebali biti. Nisu le\u017eajevi krivi, obi\u010dno je to okolina kojoj su le\u017eajevi izlo\u017eeni.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160to ako samo nastavim voziti, glasni le\u017eajevi ipak dugo traju, zar ne?<\/strong><br \/>\nNe, ne traju dugo ako se radi o motoru e-bicikla koji se vozi u te\u0161kim uvjetima ili se redovito pere. Pogledajmo primjer le\u017eaja radilice: Kako se le\u017eaj tro\u0161i, kuglice u le\u017eaju postaju manje, \u0161to omogu\u0107uje pomicanje le\u017eaja i obi\u010dno se osje\u0107a kao zra\u010dnost poluge. Ovaj &#8220;zazor&#8221; podi\u017ee brtve le\u017eaja s mjesta, dopu\u0161taju\u0107i vodi i prljav\u0161tini da u\u0111u u le\u017eajeve, \u0161to dovodi do dodatnih problema. Ako tijekom vo\u017enje \u010dujete smjerove, kasno je!   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Koje vrste\/kvalitetu le\u017eajeva koristite?<\/strong><br \/>\nUvijek nastojimo koristiti originalne ili bolje le\u017eajeve. Postoje slu\u010dajevi u kojima proizvo\u0111a\u010d radije koristi le\u017eaj s ni\u017eim trenjem nego zabrtvljene le\u017eajeve. Ako primijetimo da odre\u0111eni le\u017eaj \u010desto kvari na terenu, zamijenit \u0107emo ga npr. bolje zabrtvljenim le\u017eajem.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item\"><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item_title\">  Pitanja o popravku i otpremi motora<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item_content\"><div data-bb-version=\"4.7.5\"  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p><strong>Koliko ko\u0161ta popravak mog motora?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kao vrlo grub vodi\u010d za ve\u0107inu motora za e-bicikle, najni\u017ea cijena je oko 60 do 80 eura, a najgori mogu\u0107i scenarij obi\u010dno bi bio 250 do 350 eura. (Nije uobi\u010dajeno, ali ako je potrebno zamijeniti unutarnje dijelove, ovaj tro\u0161ak mo\u017ee biti prema\u0161en. Opet \u0107ete biti obavije\u0161teni prije izvo\u0111enja bilo kakvih radova). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Koje je trenutno vrijeme rada?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trenutno radimo s vremenskim okvirom od 10 do 12 radnih dana od trenutka kada va\u0161 motor stigne kod nas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koga trebam koristiti za isporuku svog motora?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurira kojeg \u0107ete izabrati da nam po\u0161alje va\u0161 bicikl ovisi o vama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160to uklju\u010duje sveobuhvatna obnova?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Va\u0161 motor \u0107e najprije biti testiran, a zatim \u0107e svi unutarnji dijelovi pogonskog sklopa biti uklonjeni radi ultrazvu\u010dnog \u010di\u0161\u0107enja i pregleda. Svi le\u017eajevi na pogonskom sklopu bit \u0107e uklonjeni i zamijenjeni originalnim ili boljim. Nova mast \u0107e se zatim nanijeti na sve relevantne povr\u0161ine, a dodatna specijalizirana maziva mogu se koristiti za za\u0161titu od tro\u0161enja ili prodora vode. Ugradit \u0107e se nove brtve, O-prstenovi i stezaljke. Zatim sastavljamo motor. (U slu\u010daju da je bilo koji dio istro\u0161en, bit \u0107ete obavije\u0161teni prije nego \u0161to krenemo i instaliramo novi dio).     <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160to uklju\u010duje servis\/popravak?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Va\u0161 motor se rastavlja i pregledava, a zatim vas kontaktiramo s izvje\u0161\u0107em i cijenom prije nego \u0161to nastavimo s bilo kakvim radom. Obi\u010dno se mijenjaju samo dijelovi ili le\u017eajevi koji su pokvarili. \u010cesto nam je kod odre\u0111enih marki motora potreban kompletan remont.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item\"><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item_title\">  Op\u0107a pitanja o motoru<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item_content\"><div data-bb-version=\"4.7.5\"  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor mi \u0161kripi, jesu li to le\u017eajevi?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Le\u017eajevi obi\u010dno ne \u0161kripe. Kad nam ljudi donesu svoje bicikle uz ovu buku, razlozi koje smo do sada prona\u0161li za cviljenje ili pucanje motora svih vrsta su: labavi vijci motora (\u0161to uzrokuje \u0161kripu motora uz okvir), labavi vijci lan\u010danika na pauku , labave poluge kurble, cviljenje papu\u010dica, \u0161kripanje nosa\u010da sjedala, \u0161kripanje poluga stra\u017enjeg ovjesa, labav prednji lan\u010danik (obi\u010dno pogre\u0161an tip lan\u010danika za Bosch ili istro\u0161eni pauk nosa\u010di za Yamahu). Labave \u017ebice u stra\u017enjem kota\u010du ili cviljenje osovine stra\u017enjeg kota\u010da. (kada ka\u017eemo labavo, ne mislimo ne \u010dvrsto, ve\u0107 nedovoljno \u010dvrsto da sprije\u010di \u0161kripanje).   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Je li moj bicikl vodootporan?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odgovor je vjerojatno ne. Trenuta\u010dno bi bilo komercijalno samoubojstvo za proizvo\u0111a\u010de motora za e-bicikle da pravilno zatvore motor, jer bi to dovelo do dodatnog trenja i smanjenog dometa baterije. Ovo ne izgleda dobro na usporednim tablicama kada ljudi odlu\u010duju kupiti e-bicikl. Ve\u0107ina sada\u0161njih motora za bicikle oslanja se na brtve protiv pra\u0161ine umjesto na posebne vodene brtve. Ova situacija je dovoljno dobra za ve\u0107inu cestovnih bicikala, ali off-road bicikli \u0107e imati problema.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako mogu za\u0161tititi svoj motor od prodora vode?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Postoje prilago\u0111eni proizvodi za neke motore, ali ne za sve. Postoje i neki jednostavni koraci koji mogu pomo\u0107i: Operite bicikl uspravno, a ne na boku. \u010cuvajte bicikl uspravno na suhom mjestu. Ako bicikl prevozite iza vozila, provjerite je li motor pokriven ako su ceste mokre. Nemojte usmjeravati mlaz vode u motor, posebno u podru\u010dje pogonske osovine. Ne prelazite vodu dublje od dna motora.     <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako voda u\u0111e u moj motor, ho\u0107e li se on osu\u0161iti?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yamaha ima malu prozra\u010dnu membranu koja omogu\u0107uje da se motor s vremenom osu\u0161i. Ako ima vi\u0161e od kapi vode, motor \u0107e biti u problemu. Ve\u0107ina drugih motora nema ovu malu dijafragmu i kada voda u\u0111e unutra, ne mo\u017ee iza\u0107i. (motori definitivno nisu dizajnirani za vlagu bilo koje vrste unutar njih).   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Moja kurbla ponekad zapne kad guram bicikl iz gara\u017ee?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To je zato \u0161to je voda u\u0161la u le\u017eaj tijekom pranja ili vo\u017enje. Voda \u0107e zahr\u0111ati kuglice le\u017eaja na prstenu le\u017eaja. To obi\u010dno zna\u010di po\u010detak kraja za le\u017eaj.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Je li u redu ako stavim malo ulja na le\u017eajeve ili u ru\u010dicu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ne! Ako osje\u0107ate da trebate uliti le\u017eajeve, ne\u0161to ve\u0107 nije u redu i treba pozornost. Osim toga, ovi motori nisu dizajnirani da sadr\u017ee ulje u sebi. To mo\u017ee uzrokovati probleme s proreznim le\u017eajevima, krugovima, premazima i mazivima. Iznad svega, stvara mje\u0161avinu masno\u0107e i ulja koja ulazi tamo gdje ni\u0161ta ne bi trebalo biti i mrlja na povr\u0161inama koje bi trebale biti \u010diste. \u010cak i ako s vremena na vrijeme nakapate samo nekoliko kapi, s vremenom \u0107e se nakupiti.     <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uzrokuje li vo\u017enja u turbo modu dodatno tro\u0161enje ili o\u0161te\u0107enje motora?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a8Turbo\u00a8 ili \u00a8na\u010din poja\u010danja\u00a8 daje malo vi\u0161e snage kroz pogonski sklop pa se motor mo\u017ee tro\u0161iti nekoliko milja br\u017ee od nekih ni\u017eih razina snage, ali stvarno nismo primijetili nikakvu razliku s bilo kojim motorom koji je bio istro\u0161en ili nije uspio jer bi se koristio u svojim vi\u0161im razinama snage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uzrokuju li uga\u0111anje ili \u010dipovi kakvu \u0161tetu?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 nismo vidjeli nikakvu \u0161tetu uzrokovanu upotrebom limitatora motora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160to mo\u017ee uzrokovati o\u0161te\u0107enje ili habanje motora osim vode i pra\u0161ine?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vidimo malo ve\u0107e stope tro\u0161enja na motorima koji se koriste sa sporom kadencom u visokim stupnjevima prijenosa, tako da se motor okre\u0107e relativno sporo, ali poku\u0161ava dodati punu snagu. Okretanje pedala pri vi\u0161oj kadenci (o\/min) definitivno je bolje i u\u010dinkovitije za motor. O\u0161te\u0107enje mo\u017ee biti uzrokovano udarcima pedale i sudarima, ali to je sve! Motori su op\u0107enito vrlo otporni ako ih dobro odr\u017eavate.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kada trebam servisirati motor?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina motora za e-bicikle ne zahtijeva servisiranje i izdr\u017eat \u0107e tisu\u0107e kilometara kada su suhi. Motori Yamaha i Impulse su iznimka od ovog pravila, jer imaju posebnu mast koja se tro\u0161i ili su\u0161i, \u0161to mo\u017ee uzrokovati prekomjerno trenje i tro\u0161enje. Yamaha i Impulse ne daju preporu\u010denu kilometra\u017eu za to, ali prema na\u0161em iskustvu mi bismo servisirali Yamahu koja se koristi izvan ceste svakih 2500 do 3500 kilometara, a ako se koristi na cesti, 5000 do 6500 kilometara. Preporu\u010dili bismo servis Impulse motora najkasnije na 2500 kilometara.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mogu li dobiti vi\u0161e snage iz svog motora?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trenutno se to ne mo\u017ee posti\u0107i na jednostavan na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mogu li zamijeniti motor za noviji model?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U nekim slu\u010dajevima to bi bilo mogu\u0107e, ali ne tako lako kao \u0161to zvu\u010di. Motori se mogu jako razlikovati od jednog modela do drugog; veli\u010dina, tip zup\u010danika, veli\u010dina i polo\u017eaj monta\u017enih vijaka, tip i polo\u017eaj utika\u010da za spajanje \u017eice itd. Sve ovo podlo\u017eno je promjenama, zajedno s kompatibilno\u0161\u0107u sa starijim baterijama i kontrolerima. Ako mo\u017eete rije\u0161iti te probleme, obi\u010dno je jeftinije i lak\u0161e kupiti novi bicikl.   <\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item\"><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item_title\">  Bosch<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_accordion_item_content\"><div data-bb-version=\"4.7.5\"  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>Svi Bosch motori su interno vrlo razli\u010diti. Znati to\u010dno koji motor imate vrlo je va\u017eno prilikom dijagnosticiranja ili procjene tro\u0161kova popravka. Vrlo \u010desto vjerujete da imate motor 3. generacije, a zapravo imate motor 2. generacije. Nadam se da \u0107e vam ova stranica pomo\u0107i da ispravno identificirate svoj motor.     <\/p>\n<p><strong>Koja je generacija mog Bosch motora?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. generacija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Gen 1 Bosch \u201cClassic\u201d Line 50 Nm (2011. \u2013 2014.) Uglavnom se postavlja na Bosch elektri\u010dne brdske bicikle i neke cestovne bicikle. Motori su do\u017eivotno zape\u010da\u0107eni i bez problema \u0107e raditi na suho preko 80.000 km. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Moj Bosch motor zvu\u010di malo grubo, trebam li nastaviti voziti dok se ne zaustavi?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ne! Ako tijekom vo\u017enje \u010dujete buku motora, kasno je! Le\u017eajevi nisu uspjeli, kuglice u le\u017eaju \u0107e se brzo istro\u0161iti; kako se tro\u0161e, postaju sve manji, uzrokuju\u0107i da se brtve le\u017eaja podignu iz svojih sjedi\u0161ta, dopu\u0161taju\u0107i da voda ili prljav\u0161tina izravno u\u0111u u motor! Svi motori za e-bicikle ovako pokvare kada se le\u017eajevi istro\u0161e, a to je domino efekt. Nemojte ignorirati promjene u volumenu va\u0161eg motora, postoje ograni\u010denja onoga \u0161to se mo\u017ee popraviti.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Za\u0161to le\u017eajevi kvare ili su lo\u0161e kvalitete?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le\u017eajevi ugra\u0111eni u ve\u0107inu Bosch motora izuzetno su kvalitetni i dobro zabrtvljeni, ali iako je le\u017eaj klasificiran kao &#8220;zabrtvljen&#8221;, nije vodonepropusan! Ovo se odnosi na 99% motora za e-bicikle na tr\u017ei\u0161tu.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Za\u0161to ebike motori nisu za\u0161ti\u0107eni od vode i prljav\u0161tine?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bilo bi vrlo lako zabrtviti motor tijekom faze projektiranja, ali brtve uzrokuju trenje, a trenje zna\u010di pra\u017enjenje baterije. Bilo bi komercijalno samoubojstvo za proizvo\u0111a\u010da kada bi pustili motor koji bi postigao 10 km manje od svog konkurenta. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor mi \u0161kripi, kvare li le\u017eajevi?  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le\u017eajevi obi\u010dno ne \u0161kripe. Le\u017eajevi obi\u010dno zveckaju, \u0161kripe, povremeno pucketaju ili zapinju. Obi\u010dno ne \u0161kripe. \u0160kripanje obi\u010dno uzrokuje ne\u0161to od sljede\u0107eg:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Olabavljeni vijci motora. Koliko \u010desto ih je potrebno uklanjati i ponovno podmazivati \u200b\u200bovisit \u0107e o va\u0161oj terenskoj vo\u017enji, navikama \u010di\u0161\u0107enja, vremenskim uvjetima itd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ho\u0107e li ugradnja \u010dipa o\u0161tetiti ili istro\u0161iti moj Bosch motor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nismo vidjeli nikakvu \u0161tetu uzrokovanu kori\u0161tenjem ure\u0111aja za derestrikciju na motoru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Osim vode i pra\u0161ine, \u0161to mo\u017ee uzrokovati o\u0161te\u0107enje ili tro\u0161enje mog motora?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vidimo ne\u0161to ve\u0107e stope tro\u0161enja na motorima koji se koriste pri niskoj kadenci u visokim stupnjevima prijenosa, tako da se motor okre\u0107e relativno sporo, ali poku\u0161ava dodati punu snagu. Vi\u0161a kadenca okretaja (okretaja u minuti) definitivno je bolja i u\u010dinkovitija za motor. Udarci pedala i padovi mogu uzrokovati \u0161tetu, ali to je sve! Motori se mogu jako razlikovati od modela do modela; veli\u010dina, tip ru\u010dice, veli\u010dina i polo\u017eaj potpornih vijaka, tip i polo\u017eaj konektora za spajanje \u017eice itd.
