I am excited to announce the eBike Motor Centre collaboration
We have officially joined forces with the renowned eBike Motor Centre, a leading name in the world of e-bike engine repair and maintenance.
I have encountered a challenge as a bike repairer – after the warranty expires, manufacturers offer virtually no support. The solution they do offer is often to replace the whole engine, which is a high and usually unnecessary cost. This problem is shared by e-bike repairers and e-bike retailers. Despite our desire to help our customers, we are limited in our options. That is why I contacted EbikeMotorCentre, which offers solutions to this challenge. They produce improved parts and solutions for e-bike engines, after the warranty period has expired. This new route excites me as a cycling enthusiast and a technician dedicated to solving E-bike engine problems.
As with any start-up, I face some difficulties, the biggest of which is importing service parts from the UK to Slovenia, the costs are high and the procedures are time-consuming. So I ask for your patience. I will always do my best to provide a service as soon as possible. In time, when we and EbikeMotorCentre will also set up warehousing in the EU, things will go faster.
The other problem is that, although many faults can be restored, replaced or repaired, some cannot, because we do not have certain spare parts at our disposal. In such a case, if I assess that certain parts are still useful I will offer to buy your engine and if we have a rebuilt engine available I can offer to buy it.
