PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We respect your privacy and undertake to protect the personal data collected through the online information system and not to disclose it to third parties or use it for other purposes without your consent. As there are certain links in the Online Information System to other, external websites that are not affiliated with us, we do not assume any responsibility for the protection of the data on these websites. At the same time, we undertake to do our best to protect the data and privacy of visitors to the website. In order to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of the data obtained, to preserve the accuracy of the personal data and to ensure its appropriate use, we use appropriate technical and organisational procedures to secure the data we collect.

1. Who is the collector of personal data?

The Data Collector is Drugi krog, Alen Haber s.p., Škocjan 40 C, 6000 Koper-Capodistria (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller).

2. What data do we collect?

The Data Controller collects, manages, processes and stores the following user data for the purposes of providing the services offered:

  • first and last name;
  • contact addresses;
  • email address (username);
  • your IP number;
  • a contact telephone number;
  • other information that the user voluntarily enters in the forms;

The Data Controller is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data entered by users.

3. For what purposes do we collect personal data?

The Data Controller is obliged to protect the personal data of the users of its website in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. Under no circumstances will the Data Controller disclose the personal or other data of the User to a third party without the User’s express permission, or allow a third party to consult the personal or other data of the User, unless required to do so by the public authorities, if such an obligation is provided for by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for legal proceedings before courts or other public authorities or for the protection and pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller. All personal and other data provided by the user will be protected in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The Data Controller will not use such data for any purpose that would in any way harm the User or any other person involved. The data controller will not use the user’s data to send promotional emails or other unsolicited promotional material, except to send those promotional communications to which the user has subscribed or consented. The Data Controller may use the data in anonymised aggregated form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other data of users will not be violated in any form. On the website, it is possible to contact us via the online contact form in order to inquire about services or to send any questions to the e-mail address. It is also possible to contact us directly by email, regular mail or telecommunications. When you fill in our online form to make an enquiry, comment or ask a question, it is mandatory to fill in the fields “name and surname”, “email address” and “message”. You must also expressly confirm that by submitting your enquiry, comment or question via the contact form and entering your details, you agree and acknowledge that your data (name and surname, email address and telephone number) will be stored in our database for 2 years after you have submitted the contact form for the purpose of keeping customer records and ensuring fair communication and that you are aware that you can ask us to delete your data at any time. You can request the deletion of your data by using the contact form here. If you do not indicate that you agree to the privacy policy, your email enquiry will not be successfully forwarded to us. We need your personal data in order to respond to your enquiry or question relating to our services. We will only process the data you enter in the online form if this is necessary for our business operations and storage (archiving). The data controller will only keep the personal data of users in a personal data file for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data is collected and kept.

4. Implementation of the Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Data Controller has regulated the protection of personal data in the Personal Data Protection Regulation. All persons employed by the Data Controller, whether on a full-time or part-time basis, who have access to the personal and other data of users are aware of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Regulation and the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop. The obligation to protect personal and other data shall apply indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the Data Controller.

5. Your rights

We have an obligation to process personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected. You have the right to control us in this respect. You may at any time request us to provide you with access to your personal data that we process, provide information (copy, extract) about the processing of your personal data or request the rectification, prohibition of processing or erasure of your personal data. You can request the rectification, prohibition of processing or erasure of your personal data by using the contact form. Please send any questions or requests to our email address or call us.
